Sub-Millimeter Metrology

We do not guess dimensions. Every component we engineer is validated using Revopoint MetroX optical metrology and rebuilt in SOLIDWORKS® Premium. By capturing exact digital twins of original physical objects—whether it is a weathered cast-iron bracket or an obsolete industrial gear—we ensure a tolerance-perfect fit that eliminates the alignment issues found in standard aftermarket reproductions.

We are a specialized engineering workshop, not a mass-manufacturer. Every part is engineered and manufactured right here in the United States.
